The BMW R 18 Transcontinental is designed for exclusive and luxurious travelling. Thanks to the machine being prepared for customising, you can exactly define your R 18 Transcontinental according to your tastes. The Machined and 2-Tone-Black collections, designed in collaboration with Roland Sands Design, or the classic Option 719 with the AERO Design package, are good examples of what’s on offer.

The 1802cc boxer engine produces a 150Nm punch between 2000rpm and 4000rpm, making overtaking as comfortable as the ride. Dynamic Cruise Control and optional Active Cruise Control independently control the bike’s speed and the distance to the vehicle ahead. Furthermore, three riding modes, Automatic Stability Control and dynamic engine brake control guarantee more safety as standard.
